Event
The presentation offers a concrete and practical interpretation of hospitality as an economic system, illustrating how spaces, services, technologies and the relationship with the local territory impact the results of an accommodation facility and the strength of the destination. Every design and organisational choice can in fact increase or reduce perceived value, willingness to pay, reputation, occupancy and profit margins. During the speech, an operational map will be presented to understand where value is created, where it is lost, and which levers can make the guest experience more seamless, consistent and competitive. The aim is to provide hoteliers, operators, designers and local stakeholders with a framework for transforming hospitality into economic value for both the business and the territory.
