The theme for 2025-2026 is ANTIPODES, a clear reference to what we find on the other side of the world, in the southern hemisphere, where, in ancient times, everything was thought to be the other way round. Antipodes, then, opens the door to a bipolar world, but not necessarily an antithetical one. Rather, it tells us that reality has a dual nature, with two variants that are both potentially true, at the same time and therefore co-existing. Hence the complexity of what is around and within us, the refuge people seek in radicalism, the overturning of norms, even a kind of lucid madness.
