Agentic AI marks the transition from systems that respond to systems capable of acting. In this session, Edoardo Colombo, Mirko Lalli and Luca Moschini will demonstrate live how a group of AI agents trained for the tourism sector tackles a real task: dividing the work, searching for information, making decisions, providing assistance to the traveller and carrying out customer care activities, building the result. An experiment to understand what changes when artificial intelligence enters the operational processes of businesses and destinations.
