Agriturismo: a thousand experiences in one word

Agritourism represents today one of the most effective models for responding to the evolution of tourist demand, increasingly oriented towards authenticity, well-being, sustainability and immersive experiences. It is not merely a form of hospitality, but a system that integrates agriculture, culture, landscape and local communities, generating economic, social and environmental value. The conference will analyse the strategic role of agritourism in the development of rural territories, highlighting its contribution to the protection of natural heritage, the enhancement of agri-food productions and the promotion of Made in Italy. Further in-depth examination will be devoted to the opportunities offered by digital innovation, the evolution of experiential offerings and sustainability policies, with a view towards future challenges: quality of hospitality, training, territorial networks, ecological transition and the capacity to attract new tourist flows throughout the year.
