Artificial Intelligence in Open Air businesses: opportunities, tools and skills for the future

Artificial Intelligence is profoundly transforming the tourism sector, offering new opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality and guest relations. The conference will analyse the main applications of AI in Open Air enterprises, presenting tools, use cases and strategies for a conscious and sustainable adoption of new technologies. During the event, the Artificial Intelligence Manual for Open Air Tourism Entrepreneurs, developed by FAITA Federcamping in collaboration with CISET of the Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, will be presented, along with the first results of the national survey on the level of AI adoption in the sector. An opportunity to understand how technological innovation and entrepreneurial capability can contribute to the competitiveness of tourism enterprises.
