Awakening Hospitality: the new rules for interacting with guests. Tips for accommodation facilities, restaurants and food and wine venues.

Generic brochures and advice are no longer sufficient: Hospitality requires presence, active listening, and the ability to make each person feel part of the territory. The new era of Hospitality must indeed deal with significantly transformed travelers seeking real connections, deep listening, and respect for each specific need.
During this meeting - based on real roleplays, field-tested techniques, and applying the "Who asks, commands" format - participants will be able to experience and analyze the most common mistakes, consequently developing new strategies for interacting with guests, applicable in the most diverse situations: from the reception of hotels and various types of accommodation facilities to restaurants, from farms to wineries to info points in food and wine-oriented territories.
