During this meeting - based on real roleplays, field-tested techniques, and applying the "Who asks, commands" format - participants will be able to experience and analyze the most common mistakes, consequently developing new strategies for interacting with guests, applicable in the most diverse situations: from the reception of hotels and various types of accommodation facilities to restaurants, from farms to wineries to info points in food and wine-oriented territories.
