Event
Living, travelling, observing, listening, meeting: the value of real experience in shaping more aware individuals and territories capable of re-existing and regenerating themselves through presence and participation. Using data, evidence and testimonials, Isnart will analyse how tourism, events and hospitality can transform the choice of being present into a factor of individual well-being, social cohesion and territorial development.
Within the panel, particular attention will be devoted to the tourist recovery of areas affected by earthquakes, where re-generation takes on a profound meaning: not only rebuilding or relaunching, but contributing to renewing the very conditions of existence of places and communities. In these contexts, tourism can become a form of guardianship, storytelling, trust, return, care and the possibility of a future.
The panel will also address thermal tourism as a fully regenerative experience: regeneration of personal well-being and quality of life, but also regeneration of the territories that, around thermal resources, can rediscover their identity, attractiveness and new development trajectories.
The discussion will therefore offer a reading of sustainable tourism as a practice of presence and responsibility, aware that choosing to be present means participating in the renewal of the existence of places, transforming travel, events and hospitality into opportunities for care, connection, cohesion and renewal.
