Destinations in startup mode. New innovation models for DMOs and tourist destinations
TTG Next Start Up Arena
The meeting brings together destination governance and the startup world to explore how innovation can become an operational method for territorial development. Different timeframes for action will be addressed: on one hand, the speed of startups, based on experimentation, testing and continuous adaptation; on the other, the more structured processes of public administrations and DMOs. The discussion will analyse how the startup model can be applied to destinations through pilot projects, prototypes, data usage, artificial intelligence, public-private partnerships and scalable solutions. The objective: to make territories more agile, competitive, sustainable and capable of transforming innovative ideas into concrete services for residents, businesses and visitors.
