From Hospitality to Humanity. New hospitality experiences for a guest who returns to exist: the Terme Culturali project

In a context where the hospitality sector is increasingly investing in services and technologies, what will be the true distinguishing element of the journey of the future?
Through images, reflections and moments of audience engagement, the speech proposes a reflection on the transition from hospitality to humanity: from the centrality of the destination to the centrality of relationships, from the consumed experience to the transformative experience.
Drawing on the experience of Cittadellarte and the Terme Culturali, the talk explores the role that places, communities, culture and participatory practices can play in the construction of new forms of hospitality capable of generating authentic connections between people, territories and organisations.
