Based on the research conducted by Federalberghi with the Tecnè institute, entitled 'I giovani e il futuro', the seminar organised by the Comitato Nazionale Giovani Albergatori aims to understand how young people are redefining their relationship with the future. The intention is not only to describe a condition, but to examine the processes that are producing it and the consequences they may have over time, as well as their impact on the sector, particularly with regard to the labour market, where the relationship between Generation Z and work appears to have been profoundly transformed.
