This is because they are few in number, they value work-life balance, and they have understood that Artificial Intelligence will also impact hotels and tour operators. Yet this is not entirely true, as tourism continues to exert its charm, travel is always a great way to improve one's life, and sustainability/design/creativity are all themes that now characterize the sector.
