Inhabiting spaces and taking care. Physical and mental well-being as a central dimension of existence

InOut Arena

In an era marked by a condition of permanent instability, physical and mental well-being is once again becoming a central dimension of human existence. Our relationship with time is changing, the need for spaces and moments dedicated to oneself is growing, and the way in which we inhabit, traverse and choose places is being redefined.

Travel becomes a means of giving shape to the contemporary: adventure as coexistence with the unpredictable, with experience and discovery. Territories tell their stories through traces, memories, practices and heritage, but also through the imagination and personal representation of those who pass through them. To travel, therefore, means to build relationships, recognise identities and envision new ways of seeing and experiencing everyday life.

Against this backdrop, the fragility of places emerges ever more clearly, made increasingly evident by climate change and social and economic transformations. This vulnerability is countered by the capacity of communities to preserve, create maps, collectively support change and welcome new fellow travellers.

The hospitality project therefore assumes a broader responsibility: not merely to welcome, but to contribute to the care and regeneration of people within their territories, supporting environmental, social and economic balances.
