Cedro Room

In 2026, Matera will be the Mediterranean Capital of Culture and Dialogue, a title awarded by the Union for the Mediterranean and the Anna Lindh Foundation. An extensive program featuring international events, artistic caravans, residencies, and festivals between Matera and other regions of Southern Italy. The panel will present a preview of the 2026 program guidelines and opportunities for the tourism and cultural sector, including territorial storytelling, community tourism, intercultural dialogue, and Euro-Mediterranean promotion strategies.
