Pompei Felix – A model for a more inclusive, aware and shared tourism and hospitality

The Municipality of Pompeii presents 'Pompei Felix', a pilot project for a form of tourism that places the individual and the quality of the experience at its core.
Conceived by Giovanni Minucci and Gaspare Coppola, it gets underway with the involvement of the Social Cooperative Il Tulipano and Mercato Pompeiano.
The initiative is further enriched by the scientific contribution of Prof. Luisa Varriale of the University of Naples 'Parthenope'.
Information, attentive listening and the personalisation of hospitality become best practices for addressing the diverse needs of visitors.
Accessibility goes beyond physical spaces, fostering experiences that are more comprehensible, serene and participatory.
The project brings together institutions, social cooperation, business and research within a shared territorial laboratory.
The objective is to develop tools and solutions that are potentially replicable across other organisations and tourist destinations.
