Question time: maritime domain and beach-related issues. Questions, answers and advice for the revival of the sector

The seminar experiments with an innovative format, where speakers answer a series of questions within a defined timing of just a few minutes, tackling—through a highly interactive approach—the various issues still open in the beach management debate.

In particular, the topics addressed will concern the expiration and reassignment of state-owned maritime concessions, compensation for outgoing concession holders, seasonality adjustment and temporary structures, timing and procedures for state property incorporation, as well as the different activities carried out on maritime state property and the related regulations.

The issues discussed will be based on questions previously submitted by operators via email to the editorial staff of Mondo Balneare.
