During this session, we will analyse the regenerative hospitality model, exploring how accommodation facilities can integrate smart infrastructure and social innovation. We will examine concrete examples, from the use of waste heat generated by data centres to sustainably power hotel heating systems, to the deployment of artificial intelligence-based energy networks and genuinely inclusive design solutions. Participants will gain a practical roadmap for transforming hospitality facilities from mere resource consumers into key players in territorial regeneration and new benchmarks for innovation and competitiveness.
