The skills to build the future

The success of tourism increasingly depends on the ability to attract, develop and enhance new skills. The management of natural and cultural heritage, sustainability, experience design, digital innovation and collaboration between public and private stakeholders are redefining the professional profiles required by the sector.
The meeting brings together experiences, needs and perspectives to understand which competencies will be decisive in the coming years and how universities, businesses and institutions can contribute to developing them. The training initiatives proposed by the Per Fortuna project on these topics will also be presented.
