Rimini, 9th October 2026 – Organised by Italian Exhibition Group, InOut | The Hospitality Community, Italy’s leading event for the hospitality industry, will be back from 14th to 16th October at Rimini Expo Centre in conjunction with the 63rd edition of TTG Travel Experience. Under the theme EXIST, the show will be an invitation to slow down and give the authentic experience back its central role. For three days, the Expo Centre (hosting a total of 2,800 exhibiting brands, 1,000 buyers and covering 28 halls) will become a creative and strategic hub where international hotels, chains, architects, interior designers, campsite operators, glamping providers and beach resort operators can come together to discover trends, forge relationships and chart new paths for the sector.
THE EXHIBITION AREAS
The InOut 2026 itinerary will take visitors through eight exhibition areas. Starting with Hotel Supplies (Hall D1), the beating heart of the event for those seeking solutions for guest rooms, reception areas and communal spaces, the route will then continue to Technologies and Services (Halls D1–D2), where visitors will be able to experience innovation with management software, domotics and automation systems. Wellness will find its ultimate expression in Pools and Wellness – Poolwide (Hall B1) alongside Sport & Entertainment (Hall B1), featuring the Assosport collective area. Outdoor tourism will take centre stage in the Camping & Glamping (Halls D5–B5) and Outdoor (Hall B3) sections, whilst the Beach area (Halls D7–B7) will display furnishings and equipment for beaches and beach establishments. Lastly, Indoor Furniture (Hall D3) will showcase trends and materials for interior spaces.
EXTRA HOSPITALITY: THE NEW ENTRY FOR ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION
Organised in collaboration with the Vivere di Turismo Business School, the 2026 edition will be dedicating a specific project to the alternative accommodation sector entitled Extra Hospitality (Hall D2). With the new Extra Hospitality Arena, a training and updating area for hosts, operators and property managers, the event will address accommodation facility competitiveness, disintermediation from OTAs, professional hospitality management and the skills needed for the sector’s development.
EXHIBITIONS, INSTALLATIONS AND GUIDED TOURS
There will be five exhibitions and installations: the new Sustainable & Inclusive Hospitality Design (Hall B1), Hotel in Motion (Hall D3), the Vision Lab (Hall B3), Let’s be too.gether (Hall B2) and I Want to Be in the East pool area. FAITA Agorà (Hall B5) will be making its debut, whilst the guided tours of Thinking Box (Hall D4), and Hotel Chains, which will be relaunching the InOut buyer programme for purchasing managers from hotel chains attending TTG, will both be back.
THREE ARENAS TO FURTHER EXPLORE THE HOTEL, BEACH AND ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION INDUSTRY
Three arenas will host the discussions: the InOut Arena (Hall D3) for hotel industry evolution in terms of design, technology and artificial intelligence; the Beach Arena (Hall B7/D7), a forum for discussion on coastal tourism and the venue for the Best Beach 2026 awards ceremony; and the new Extra Hospitality Arena (Hall D2), a training area for hosts, operators and property managers. Furthermore, the Main Arena (South Hall), shared with TTG, will host major discussions on the future of tourism.
