Rimini, 9th October 2026 – InOut | The Hospitality Community, organised by Italian Exhibition Group at Rimini Expo Centre from 14th to 16th October, will not only consist of exhibition areas but will also present a programme of exhibitions and special initiatives which, in keeping with the EXIST theme, will transform the visit into an immersive experience.

At the heart of the programme is the new Extra Hospitality initiative (Hall D2), a project specifically for the alternative accommodation sector, developed in collaboration with the Vivere di Turismo Business School, complete with a new training and updating arena for hosts, operators and property managers. Topics covered will include hospitality facility competitiveness, disintermediation from OTAs and professional hospitality management, featuring research from Florence University on the role of alternative accommodation in regional development, a manifesto-style book on the transition from host to hospitable citizen, and Italian enterprise case studies.

Hall B1 will host the debut of Sustainable & Inclusive Hospitality Design, an exhibition curated by Wellness Design that will spotlight the design of accessible, inclusive and sustainable spaces by recreating lounges, guest rooms, spas and outdoor areas tailored to different needs and abilities. In Hall D3, Hotel in Motion will present the Wellness Café 5.0 by architect Anna Palucci from W7.0, a concept centred on wellbeing and longevity for hospitality facilities, featuring programmes that can be enjoyed even during short breaks throughout the day, and a special bar area. In Hall B3, the Vision Lab, now at its fourth edition, will see Sabina Antonini from EnSpace Network exploring contemporary luxury in the Luxury Suite Body Interaction, an immersive environment where materials, light and the relationship between body and space become an integral part of the guest experience.

In Hall B2, Simone Micheli Architectural Hero will present Let’s be too.gether, a 480-square-metre immersive exhibition that will interpret hospitality as encounter and connection, featuring a reception area, lounge, bar and networking areas. Lastly, in the East pool area, Cinquerosso Arte’s I Want to Be will suspend two large human figures over the water to represent the centrality of the human being and the value of existence.

FAITA Agorà (Hall B5) will also be making its debut. With FAITA-Federcamping, this area will focus on artificial intelligence and the sustainable growth of the outdoor sector. Thinking Box (Hall D4) will be back with its fourth edition in collaboration with Rimini’s Order of Architects. This year it will include guided tours of exhibitor stands with training credits. Mondo Balneare’s Beach Village will set up a 250-square-metre ideal beach. Lastly, Hotel Chains will be back so that purchasing managers from the chains attending TTG will be able to join InOut’s buyer delegation, whilst Hotel Talks will give each chain 30 minutes to present its brand.
