Passionate about tourism, after graduating in Cultural Heritage Conservation, she specialized with a Master's degree in Tourism Economics from Bocconi University in Milan. Her journey with Decathlon began in 2007 and over the years led her to hold various roles both in Italy and France. From 2011 to 2014, she was Commercial Sports Director, from 2014 to 2019 she was responsible in the Human Resources TEAM, while from 2019 to 2021 she was B2B Leader in the Monza Brianza area. From 2021 to June 2025, she is B2B Sales Manager for Decathlon Italy, leading a project that strengthens the connection between the company, the tourism world, and public administration. From July 2025, she assumes the role of Regional Manager for Eastern Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia. She is also a Decathlon member within the ACES commission for validating nominations for the title of European City, Capital, and Community of Sport. A lifelong sports enthusiast, she practices road cycling and running.
