Graduated in Economics from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, he specialized in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations in Bologna under the guidance of Professor Marco Biagi. In 1999, he joined Federalberghi as an assistant to the General Director. Currently, he holds the position of Deputy Director at the same Federation, with responsibility for the Labor Relations area.
