Damiano De Crescenzo

After gaining experience abroad in international hotel chains and managing important properties in Italy, he is the General Manager of Planetaria Hotels (a Hotel Group with 12 hotels in Italy) and collaborates with Tourism Universities and Bocconi for the Master's in Tourism Economics. In 2012, he was awarded Hotel Manager of the Year by EHMA European Hotel Manager Association under the patronage of the Presidency of the Italian Republic. In 2016, he was honored with the title of Knight, and in 2020 Officer, of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic. In 2018, he received the Premio Excellent, the Italian tourism award. In Manageritalia Lombardia, he is a Board Member and Coordinator of the Heritage Lab Group for the promotion of Lombard UNESCO heritage. In the European Hotel Manager Association, he is Deputy National Delegate. In Assolombarda, he is President of the Hospitality Section, Vice President of the Tourism Group, and Member of the General Council. In Confindustria, he is a Member of the General Council of Federturismo.
