He is the Managing Director of LVG Hotel Consulting, with a career built by holding general and operational management roles in independent hotels and international chains, where he managed and supervised all areas of activity: from operational departments to financial management, from staff coordination to controlling organizational flows. In these contexts, he was able to learn and apply high standards of quality and management. This direct experience has allowed him to develop a 360° view of the hotel business, combining service quality with economic sustainability. Today, at the helm of LVG Hotel Consulting, he coordinates strategic and operational consulting projects ranging from optimizing economic and financial performance to defining sustainable management models, to implementing innovative strategies to improve guest experience and brand reputation. He also uses LVG's powerful proprietary tools, based on artificial intelligence and developed with his direct contribution, which allow for a scientific and mature analysis of all hotel performances, transforming data into operational decisions and concrete results. His leadership is distinguished by a data-driven approach, the ability to translate hotels' daily challenges into measurable results, and the willingness to build concrete and competitive growth paths for the Italian hospitality market.
