Passionate about hospitality from a very young age, he began his career in hotels at just 19, gaining hands-on experience in properties of various types and sizes. After managing successful boutique hotels and relais, he launched his consulting business, always with a strong focus on technological innovation. Over time, he developed the first software solutions dedicated to revenue management and business control, leading up to the creation of DiamondsHub, an advanced platform that integrates artificial intelligence to support hotel managers in their strategic decision-making. Alongside his technical expertise, Dicuonzo has cultivated the study of soft skills, earning international certifications in NLP, emotional intelligence, and communication. He has also authored two books: La scienza del successo (2021) and Hotel Soft Skills (2022), both dedicated to the neuroscientific and relational mechanisms applied to work and hospitality. Today, he leads LVG Hotel Consulting and Diamond Tech with an approach that combines field experience, entrepreneurial vision, and a strong focus on innovation, promoting the concept of Hybrid Intelligence—where technology and human skills merge to generate value in the hospitality sector.
