After obtaining a Master's degree in Tourism Economics in Rimini, he began his career in the industry working in 5-star hotels and at Education First. Since 2019, he has been part of the a&o Hostels group, where he has assisted and contributed to the chain's exponential growth, redefining the concept of hostel for tour operators and travel agencies. Today, he oversees the Italian and Spanish markets, managing collaborations with key industry partners and representing a&o Hostels, which has 42 properties across Europe.
