Ida Poletto

Born in Padua in 1960, graduated in languages and specialised in tourism marketing, communication and gender policies, Ida Poletto began her career in the tourism and hospitality sector. Since 2000 she has been Administrator and Director of the historic AbanoRitz Thermae & Wellness Hotel and until 2018 President of ABANO SPA (a cosmeceutical company), while also being actively involved in the Euganean Thermal Springs promotion Consortium. Throughout her career she has developed innovative projects and product clubs for thermal tourism and in the food and wine and golf tourism sectors, devoting herself with passion to teaching and professional training. Always particularly active in the field of gender marketing and female entrepreneurship, she has created editorial and digital initiatives aimed at a female audience (including the website ilsitodelledonne.it and the magazine Virtuose). A longstanding promoter of cultural events and the enhancement of female talents both at local and national level, she leads her activities with a single entrepreneurial ideal: to invest in order to produce not only business but values.
