Specialised in revenue optimisation, tariff modernisation and the adoption of advanced technologies (RMS and AI), he combines strategic vision and data governance to maximise profitability. A former lecturer in MSc Hospitality Management and Ambassador of the Decision Science Alliance, he promotes a data-driven culture in business.
