He has a basic legal education and began his career at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, where he held several key roles. Initially a Project Manager, he then became Head of Union Relations at the Personnel Department, and subsequently took on responsibility for Disciplinary Policy within the same ministry. He also coordinated campaigns for the prevention of risks related to the use of products or services at the Consumer Safety Commission, with particular attention to drowning prevention. From February 2003, at the time of the introduction of the safety law in France, until June 2025, he was General Delegate of the Federation of Swimming Pool and Spa Professionals (FPP). Starting from July 2025, he holds the role of Project Manager to the President and Spokesperson of the FPP.
