He graduated from Federico II University with a degree in Economics and Business and completed an MBA at Bocconi University in Milan. After gaining over 10 years of experience in companies within the tourism industry, including Fratelli Cosulich in Trieste, Massa joined MSC Cruises in April 2005, initially as Sales Manager and later as Commercial Director for Italy. In 2013, he was appointed Country Manager Italy for MSC Cruises, and in 2019, Managing Director Italy. Since 2023, he has also been the Managing Director of Explora Journeys for Italy. In 2024, he became the new Vice President Southern Europe of the Cruise Division of the MSC Group. He was an Olympic rowing athlete and is a great travel enthusiast.
