Lia Dal Cappello

Lia Dal Cappello has been working at HBenchmark since 2023, where she focuses on strategic support for tourist destinations and accommodation facilities, specialising in the Open Air sector. Since joining the company, she has been supporting the players in the supply chain to promote a data culture, facilitating its analysis and conscious sharing among local stakeholders. Since 2025, she has been working in close collaboration with the FAITA delegations, guiding them in decoding market metrics and transferring the know-how needed to consolidate a data-driven approach. Alongside the open air sector, she coordinates territorial projects in some of Italy's leading tourist destinations — including Brescia, Lago di Garda, Siena and Verona — supporting local stakeholders in interpreting data to foster the strategic development of the territory.
