Luigi Roma

Biography

He is a university professor of public contracts and corruption prevention. He has participated in inter-ministerial technical tables convened by the Government on the Bolkestein directive, established by the Ministry of Tourism during the 18th and 19th legislatures, and is a member of the panel of experts who participated in working groups convened by parliamentary groups of majority and opposition parties on the reform of maritime state property during the 17th, 18th, and 19th legislatures. Technical co-rapporteur of various legislative proposals on nautical matters and maritime state property, he provides highly specialized assistance to Italian and foreign citizens, public administrations, companies, and public entities in the field of administrative law and business law. He enjoys an excellent reputation, both nationally and internationally, in the field of maritime state property law, which recognizes him as a solid point of reference for companies in the tourism sector.
