Mauro Guarini

Mauro Antonio Guarini is a professional and innovator in the ecological transition sector, with a solid specialisation in the development of Renewable Energy Communities (REC) and participatory economy models. As co-founder and Vice President of the Benefit Cooperative Comunità Energetica PART-ENERGY a r.l., he has guided the establishment of one of the most innovative realities in the Italian energy landscape. Under his leadership, PART-ENERGY has established itself as the first REC in Italy formally structured as a cooperative society, scaling a virtuous model born in Friuli-Venezia Giulia to a multiregional dimension. His work focuses on the application of the cooperative model and the concept of 'Benefit' to the energy transition. Guarini promotes clean energy not only as a technological or environmental factor, but as a driver of social cohesion and economic development for local communities. Through the management of renewable energy plants in a distributed manner, he pursues the objective of combating energy poverty and of returning centrality and tangible benefits to citizens, businesses and public administrations. Thanks to an in-depth knowledge of REC regulations and the mechanisms of self-production and energy sharing, he is actively engaged as a communicator, speaker and strategic consultant for public and private entities wishing to implement sustainable, equitable and shared energy models.
