Biography

Professional with over 15 years of international experience in consulting, corporate finance, and financial management, Nicoleta has developed cross-functional skills ranging from finance, operations, and digital transformation to implementing innovative strategies in the tourism and hospitality sector. She currently holds the position of Program Director at Mangia's, where she leads the development and strategic implementation of MDestinations, the digital platform revolutionizing distribution and relationships with travel agencies. In this role, she oversees the project launch, manages P&L, and defines growth and innovation strategies, contributing to strengthening the group's positioning as a digital tourism hub in Sicily and Sardinia. Concurrently, she is the Founder & CEO of Eterrea, a company focused on innovation in luxury tourism, with an operational approach based on experience gained in multinational corporations, startups, and scale-ups. Previously, she held the position of CFO, HR & IT at Access Italy, a Destination Management Company, leading digital transformation and organizational restructuring. Her career has also been marked by significant experiences in global contexts: at LVMH as Senior Group Internal Auditor, conducting international audits on 15 entities across 5 industries and 4 continents, and at PwC, where she managed complex M&A projects, valuations, and IPOs for over 7 years, coordinating teams and multimillion-dollar operations. Visionary and pragmatic, Nicoleta integrates financial, managerial, and technological skills to build sustainable value. With MDestinations, she currently represents one of the key figures in Mangia's group's digital innovation journey, combining solid management with the adoption of solutions that anticipate market needs.
