Paola Casara

Councilor of the Municipality of Forlì, with responsibilities for education and training policies, Forlì as a university city, youth policies and civil service, policies for the economic development of the territory, and the "Forlì Aerospace" project. During her mandate, she has worked to strengthen Forlì's role as a city of knowledge and innovation, promoting dialogue between institutions, businesses, universities, and the third sector. Convinced that economic growth must go hand in hand with quality of life, she has supported interventions in favor of administrative simplification, incentives for green transition, support for new businesses, and local welfare measures to reconcile work-life balance. Under her guidance, the Municipality has seen the opening of new production facilities, the elimination of the public land occupation tax, and the launch of projects aimed at young people and the world of education. Attentive to the international dimension and the enhancement of human capital, Paola Casara has promoted initiatives to make Forlì an attractive hub for students, professionals, and innovative companies, consolidating the strategic role of the territory in the aerospace supply chain and in high value-added sectors. Her administrative action is characterized by the desire to create a system, establishing collaborative networks capable of generating sustainable and inclusive development.
