Piergiovanni Argenton

He served as mayor of the Municipality of Tribano, in the province of Padua, leading the administration for two consecutive terms with the civic list Progetto Comune. During his administrative experience, he promoted policies for territorial development, landscape care, participatory urban planning, and local innovation projects, strengthening the dialogue between institutions, citizens, and businesses. After concluding his tenure as mayor, Argenton continued his civic commitment as a consultant and project designer, becoming one of the main references for Veneto in Albatros Rete, a network that supports entities and communities in establishing Renewable Energy Communities (REC). In this role, he participated as a speaker at national and local conferences, contributing on topics such as energy needs assessment, REC design, and simplification of administrative procedures for municipalities. His vision goes beyond the technical aspect: Argenton considers Energy Communities not only as tools to produce clean energy and reduce costs but as true social infrastructures capable of generating community welfare and new opportunities for sustainable tourism development.
