Carlotta Villa is HR Manager of the Riviera Group, where she leads people and organizational development processes with an approach that combines managerial skills, human sensitivity and a contemporary vision of hospitality. Her professional journey began in an international context; she worked between London, Paris and Beirut for brands such as Hermès and Yves Saint Laurent, gaining a deep knowledge of the languages of luxury, customer experience and the global dynamics of the fashion and retail sector.
Today she brings this experience to the world of tourism, where she focuses on corporate culture, training, leadership, relational skills and talent development, building organizational models capable of integrating service quality, people's well-being and process innovation. Her vision stems from a clear principle: an organization grows when the people who inhabit it grow.
Alongside her professional career, Carlotta has lived a high-level sporting career; a multiple Italian champion, European champion and athlete of the Italian National karate team, she has represented Italy in international competitions, bringing with her discipline, resilience, the ability to manage pressure and team spirit. Today these values are an integral part of her work: leadership as responsibility, discipline as method, the team as an ecosystem of growth.
