Permanent executive since 2010, with over 35 years of overall experience in public administration, including the last 12 years in a management role in the tourism sector at the Liguria Region. Specialist expertise in strategic planning of tourism policies, territorial marketing, management of complex financial resources, coordination of organisational structures spread across multiple locations, national and European institutional relations, and digital innovation. Represents the Region in national and European forums, manages territorial relations with key stakeholders (public and private actors), coordinating high-level partnerships and implementing systemic actions, and managing consultation with Ministries, international networks, the European Commission, local authorities, universities, chambers of commerce, regional and national bodies, trade associations, tourism professionals and Third Sector organisations. Direct experience in defining and implementing regional strategies in the field of tourism and territorial marketing, in coordinating the programming of Agenzia In Liguria, leading the reference structure for the promotion and marketing of the Liguria destination. In my work I focus in particular on the following topics: accessible tourism, regenerative tourism, community and international project design
