🎯 Hospitality professional with an entrepreneurial vision, focused on innovation, training, and development of the tourism sector at a national level. After an initial experience in event organization, I began managing my first hotel with my family at a very young age. This journey led me to develop operational and strategic skills from the start, culminating in a complete repositioning of the property: new visual identity, total renovation of spaces, change in target clientele, and a hospitality concept far from traditional riviera standards. The result was a significant increase in revenue and a replicable model over time. Over the years, I continued this path by opening and relaunching new hospitality businesses, including a 14th-century structure in one of Italy's most beautiful historic villages, and creating a kiosk on the public beach of Pietra Ligure, now a success story in terms of positioning and economic return. I currently manage Hotel Jolly Roger, an evolved project based on a scalable format, aiming for new openings while maintaining a consistent, identifiable, and contemporary style that synergistically integrates design, dining, and hospitality. Parallel to my entrepreneurial commitment, I have been involved for years in tourism representation and training: 🔹 National President of the Young Hoteliers Committee of Federalberghi (from May 2025) 🔹 Vice President of the Bilateral Body of Savona 🔹 Trainer at ITS Turismo Liguria, where I am also part of the Scientific Technical Committee 🔹 Former Regional President of Federalberghi Liguria (from 2015 to 2025)
