Monia Castellini

She is an Associate Professor of Business Economics at the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Ferrara, where she serves as the Rector's Delegate for career guidance activities. Her research focuses particularly on business management and governance, with a special emphasis on cultural and tourism organizations, paying attention to value creation processes and the enhancement of intellectual and relational capital. She is the author of numerous studies and publications in national and international journals, in which she explores the role of management in the economic and social sustainability of cultural, museum, and cooperative enterprises. In addition to her scientific commitment, she teaches courses dedicated to Planning and Control, and Cost Management also applied to the cultural context, contributing to the training of new professionals in the sector.
