He is an Associate Professor of Business Organization at the Department of Management of the University of Bologna. He teaches Business Organization, Human Resource Management, and Organization of tourism enterprises at the Rimini Campus. He obtained his PhD from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. He is the Director of CAST - Center for Advanced Studies in Tourism at the University of Bologna. His research interests focus on organizational change and health and well-being at work.
