Francesco Derchi

Dr. Francesco Derchi is an international innovation strategist, educator, and author with over two decades of experience spanning three continents across innovation, brand strategy, and organizational disruption. He serves as Associate Professor and Director of SPARK, the innovation initiative at Les Roches. He also founded the ReGeneration Lab to research how corporate purpose and modern business models drive evolution in times of disruption. In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Derchi is the founder of the strategy consultancy This is D. He works closely with leading organizations and institutions as Business Coach for the European Commission (EISMEA), and is a published author on digital skills and exponential organizations. Dr. Derchi holds a PhD in Management from the University of Genoa.
